This journal is to be used with the bi-yearly Phitnus Phocus Challenge, however it can be used any time of the year and anytime you have a need to write and release. Writing down our feelings can be very healing and therapeutic. This journal comes with 21 days of Affirmations and writing space to answer the questions that go along with our Challenge or to reflect on the given affirmation. Do what feels natural for you. The first five will be guided for you, with the section featuring a thought from the Creator Phoenix Jackson and affirmation specialist Ebony McWilliams.
